Evergrace orchids has the sole right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the site, including these Terms of Use.Payment Evergrace accepts cash, wire transfers, & credit cards (American Express, Discovery, Master Card & Visa). Customers looking to pay with a check or establish 15-30 day credit terms can apply online or submit application via fax. Complete Wholesale Application and allow 3-5 days for response on approval. For customers with approved credit, invoices are due 30-day net terms. Past due accounts will be subject to service charges assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on any balance over 30 days. Customer agrees to pay any and all reasonable collection expenses, including court costs and attorney's fees, should such action become necessary to complete a settlement. Claims Evergrace plants are inspected prior to shipment and are always in good condition when accepted by the transportation company. We cannot be responsible for the safe arrival of plant materials. If damage occurs en route, please contact your carrier to make an inspection. Claims for damage or loss in transit should be made with the carrier. All orders are agreed acceptable unless reported unacceptable within 48 hours. If you deem your order or part of your order unacceptable, call Evergrace immediately to notify us of the problem. In the event of a claim, you must submit photographs with a written claim notification. Walk-in Customers Evergrace hours of operation are Monday –Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 12:00pm. Walk-in customers must select their own plants upon arrival. Walk-in customers will be assisted on a first come first served basis. If you need a specific color or quantity secured for your order, it is recommended that you pre-order 5 days in advance to insure availability. Customers are expected to inspect his or her order before loading. All orders loaded are deemed acceptable. We do not accept returns or claims after the order has left the premises.
